Vision "Our vision is to provide a home where they do not have a home, and hope where they do not have hope." Living Hope Asia is a registered charitable non-profit organization in Hong Kong since May 2005. We are founded by a team of dedicated church friends who were touched by the love, smiles and tears of the orphan children we met. Friends of LHA, professionals in many fields, work together with the aim of making a difference to the lives of our young friends. We hope to be able to give them… Shelter from the chill of night

Give them hope and always hold them tight Focus We focus foremost on the plight of orphans in China. Our journey into the depths of China's rural areas imprinted in our hearts and souls the faces of many innocent orphaned children. Images of their faces spurred us to help address their fate and sowed in us seeds of compassion. Our Broader Mission Our Broader Mission is to address educational, vocational and healthcare needs of orphans or disadvantaged children and eventually to explore and sponsor foster care efforts locally in appropriate cases (download Our Mission ) Our Ultimate Goal Our ultimate goal is to expand this Vision & Mission to other countries in Asia. Just as we have been taught: “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me”.

Apart from funding, LivingHopeAsia offers personal care and attention for the children through staff interaction and structured development. Visits are conducted regularly to sponsored orphanages and training homes, to maintain close relationships with the children and local management. Volunteer placements at the orphanages and centers may be arranged. 1 Peter 1:3 | "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." |
Sponsors are encouraged to pray for their sponsored charge on a regular basis and are offered the opportunity to visit the child in China. The children's "Thank-You" comes from their heart - and is visible in their smiles. |
